From an early age, Bonni Ross, Ph.D. was fascinated by how the mind works. For the past 30 years, she has studied different philosophies and teaching techniques for creating personal success She received a Ph.D. in Clinical Hypnotherapy from the American Pacific University, along with credentials in Neuro Linguistic Programming and other health oriented studies.
  
While Ross has a strong educational background, she understands the ultimate need for creative freedom and personal expression that lives in each and every one of us. From an early age Bonni was able to grasp the concept of creativity as a release, a healer and a motivator.
 
Creativity and Success evolved as a result of Ross's creative spirit, her 30-plus years of teaching, counseling and being a successful business owner and sales trainer. She has worked with the sweetest, most open grammar school students, to the most difficult hardened criminals in crisis to business minded corporate clientele.
 
During her years of teaching and counseling, Ross noticed that people had different learning styles, that everyone had a block of one kind or another as well as the common fear that they weren't good enough. Recognizing that she also had blocks, Ross began to study different ways of breaking through blocks to achieve personal creative success.
  
Ross set about perfecting a powerful treatment model that could be used by people of all ages with all types of issues. Her model used guided imagery and relaxation where blocks appeared symbolically. She found that this new technique worked faster than traditional therapy and it was much easier on her clients/students, moving them through them in a compassionate and painless way.
   
Ross currently maintains a private practice in consulting and does motivational training using the Creativity and Success model that helps people take their next best step toward personal growth.

Creativity and Success includes a book, workbook and CD’s. They can be used separately or as a comprehensive process for creating success in your life. With this process you don't just read about change, but actually make the change on a deep subconscious level.
